Μεγάλη ένταση μέσα στο κέντρο κράτησης της ΒΙΑΛ, όπως καταγράφουν βίντεο που έδωσε στη δημοσιότητα, μέσω Twitter, δημοσιογράφος. Απεικονίζονται πρόσφυγες και μετανάστες, οι οποίοι διαμαρτύρονται για τις απελάσεις τους και άνδρες της αστυνομίας να τους απωθούν δια της βίας.
Στο κέντρο κράτησης της Χίου πρόσφυγες και μετανάστες διαμαρτυρήθηκαν έντονα ζητώντας τη ματαίωση των απελάσεών τους, ενώ στα βίντεο ακούγονται φωνές και γυναίκες να λένε στους αστυνομικούς «ντροπή σας».
Τα βίντεο ανέβασε στο Twitter ο δημοσιογράφος Daniel Rivas Pacheco, ο οποίος σημειώνει ότι υπήρξαν καταγγελίες για άσκηση βίας από τους αστυνομικούς, ενώ μια γυναίκα από το Αφγανιστάν δηλώνει ότι την χτύπησαν στο κεφάλι.
